Orders placed between March 14 - June 7
Due to the nature of our limited product drops and promotional pricing, all sales made between March 14, 2025 and June 7, 2025 are final.
We do not offer refunds on these orders unless there is a verified defect or issue on our part. This policy is in place to help us keep production sustainable and pricing fair for all customers.
↔️ Size Exchanges (Case-by-Case)
We may offer a one-time size exchange for unused, unworn rings in original packaging — depending on availability and at our discretion.
Conditions:
- Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be in new condition, not worn or damaged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs
- Exchanges are only processed once the original item is received and inspected
To request an exchange, email us at contact@genfidget.com with your order number, reason, and photos of the item (if needed).
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us immediately at contact@genfidget.com and we’ll make it right. Claims must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
Orders Placed After June 7, 2025
For orders placed after June 7, 2025, customers may be eligible for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
